Security Equipment and Service

This contract provides a comprehensive security‑system solution for Washington County Public Schools. Atlantic Security Systems will supply and install a full suite of hardware—including IP cameras, servers, monitors, networking gear, UPS units, access‑control and door‑intercom equipment—as well as perform installation labor (cable pulling, conduit work, system integration) and provide ongoing alarm‑monitoring services. Pricing is presented on a per‑unit basis for equipment and an hourly rate for labor, plus monthly fees for building‑based alarm monitoring. The scope covers both the procurement of all necessary components and the long‑term service required to keep the school district’s security infrastructure operational. • Equipment list includes cameras ranging from 2 MP to 12 MP, server storage options (24 TB and 60 TB), and a variety of monitors (21.5″ to 55″). • Labor rates are detailed for non‑certified and certified technicians, with higher rates for non‑standard hours. • Ongoing monitoring services are charged at $16 per building/month for intruder alarms and $5 per building/month for elevator alarms.
