Sedgwick County selected ABeam Consulting (USA) Ltd. to perform a full‑scale migration from its on‑premise SAP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition – Premium, together with the implementation of SAP Ariba Snap Buying to replace its existing SRM/PPS procurement solution. The scope includes a Brownfield conversion, data migration, ledger and budgeting upgrades, recreation of roughly 100 custom programs and reports, integration of numerous existing interfaces (PI, RFC, IDOC, flat‑file), training (train‑the‑trainer) and knowledge transfer, and a go‑live targeted for early October 2025 with one month of hyper‑care support.
