On-Call Temporary Staffing Services

The City of Fullerton is seeking to establish a list of qualified temporary staffing agencies to provide high-quality, cost-effective temporary staffing services for professional financial, accounting and clerical, payroll, accounts receivables and payables, and administrative support services in a municipal setting. The selected firms will be required to conduct all stages of candidate identification, including sourcing candidates, advertising specific available positions, and prescreening candidates for work requirements prior to referral to assure that the candidates possess all of the required skills and abilities to perform the assigned tasks. The key services to be provided include temporary staffing for standard, regular business and/or project-based work. • Temporary staffing services for professional financial, accounting, and clerical positions • Temporary staffing services for payroll, accounts receivables, and payables positions • Temporary staffing services for administrative support positions • Candidate identification, including sourcing and prescreening • Advertising specific available positions to reach potential candidates
