Description
The University of Georgia is seeking bids for Monoclonal Antibody Production. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible supplier meeting all specifications. The bidder must provide all applicable costs, including shipping charges, and must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation. The University of Georgia encourages all companies to sub-contract portions of any state contract to small and minority business enterprises.

• The University of Georgia is prohibited from awarding any contract valued at more than $100,000 to a non-governmental vendor if that vendor or an affiliate of the vendor is a “dealer” failing or refusing to collect sales or use taxes on its sales delivered to Georgia.
• The bidder must submit a completed Tax Compliance Form and must not owe taxes to the State of Georgia.
• The bidder must comply with the federal work authorization program and must contract for the physical performance of services in satisfaction of such contract only with subcontractors who present an affidavit to the contractor with the information required by O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91(b).
