The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide comprehensive traffic and revenue consulting services for its tollway system. This includes developing traffic and revenue forecasts, supporting toll‑rate analysis, maintaining modeling tools, delivering regular performance reports, and advising on strategic planning and special studies. The contract is a four‑year agreement with a maximum project estimate of $4.5 million, and a 25 % small‑business subcontracting goal.
• Produce and update system‑wide traffic and revenue forecasts for budgeting, debt issuance, and compliance with trust‑agreement requirements.
• Conduct toll‑rate analysis, revenue projections, and provide recommendations for rate adjustments.
• Deliver monthly executive reports, present findings to NTTA leadership and external stakeholders, and perform ad‑hoc studies on mobility, technology trends, and related topics.
