Description
The Maryland Transit Administration is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Aralia servers for a server refresh project. The project involves replacing existing video surveillance servers that have reached the end of their operational lifecycle. The contractor must provide new and unused equipment, and the estimated ship date/lead time for each item. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing Aralia servers with specified product descriptions and quantities
• Ensuring the equipment is new and unused
• Providing estimated ship dates and lead times
• Complying with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06
• Providing a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid
• Including a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor if requested
• Complying with invoicing instructions and providing a Proper Invoice as defined at COMAR 21.06.09.01 and .02
