Annual Turnkey Event Management, Entertainment, Production, and Promotional Services

The City of Eagle Pass, Texas, is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive, on‑call turnkey event services—including planning, entertainment procurement, production, marketing, logistics, and execution—for a wide variety of municipal events such as festivals, concerts, cultural celebrations, and community programs. Contracts will be awarded on an annual basis with work assigned via purchase or task orders; no minimum volume is guaranteed.
