Description
The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is soliciting one‑time preventive‑maintenance (PM) services for its HVAC equipment across multiple DHR locations. The contract will be awarded on a unit‑price basis covering a single PM visit per site, including all labor, travel, mileage, tools, filters, materials, and minor repairs. Vendors must be fully licensed in Alabama (HVAC, refrigeration, gasfitter, master gasfitter) and hold current EPA Section 608 certification. The service window is July 1 2026 – September 30 2026, with any repairs identified during the PM requiring written PO approval before work begins. Water‑treatment reporting is required for the eleven counties with water‑cooled systems, and detailed documentation (inspection forms, before/after photos, filter labeling) must be submitted at each site.
• Scope: One PM visit per DHR location, all‑inclusive unit‑price bid (labor, travel, tools, filters, supplies, minor repairs).
• Technical requirements: Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, gasfitter & master gasfitter licenses; EPA 608 certification; qualified technicians for a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Deliverables: Completed inspection forms, signed certificates, before/after photographs, filtered labeling, water‑treatment reports (where applicable), and repair quotes with PO approval.
