Description
The State of North Dakota is seeking a vendor to print the Plains Talk Newsletter. The newsletter is 12 pages, self-cover, and will be printed 3 times per year. The vendor must be able to deliver the finished product within 10 working days of receipt of the order. The bid must include unit prices and total prices, as well as an hourly rate for artwork.
• The finished size of the newsletter is 8 ½" x 11".
• The paper stock must be 80# white, gloss text, #3 or better.
• The ink must be four color process, both sides, 4/4 with full bleeds.
• The finishing must include folding, collating, saddle stitching, and trimming to the final size.
• The vendor must apply mailing addresses onto the newsletter, mail tab (wafer seal) if necessary, and bulk mail.
• The vendor must pack the balance into uniformly sized cartons, label "Plains Talk newsletter", and indicate the quantity per carton.
• The delivery must be made to the State Historical Society of ND, 612 E. Blvd. Ave., Bismarck, ND 58505-0830.
