MOTORCYCLE PARTS & MAINTENANCE

The County of Westchester is seeking bids for an 18-month maintenance agreement for Harley Davidson police motorcycles, including parts and labor. The successful bidder will be required to supply all necessary parts and perform maintenance and repairs on the motorcycles. The agreement will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. Key requirements include: the vendor must be an authorized parts distributor for Harley Davidson, have a minimum of 5 years of experience, and provide proof of manufacturer certification. The vendor will be responsible for transporting motorcycles to and from their repair facility if necessary. • The vendor must supply new, OEM certified parts. • All labor shall be performed by factory certified/trained personnel. • The vendor must provide a manufacturer's price list for parts and a percentage discount from list price. • The vendor must have insurance coverage, including worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and automobile liability. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including labor laws and environmental regulations.
