End Point Hardware and Lifecycle Services

El Paso County is seeking a vendor to provide end-point hardware and lifecycle services, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of desktops, laptops, tablets, and thin clients. The vendor will be responsible for providing business-class equipment, meeting specific technical requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The contract will commence on December 2, 2025, and will remain in effect until December 31, 2026, with options for renewal. The vendor will be required to provide a range of services, including asset tagging, configuration, and installation of software, as well as ongoing maintenance and support. • The vendor will be responsible for providing equipment from a single brand, either Dell, Hewlett Packard, or Lenovo. • The vendor will be required to provide a range of laptop and desktop models, each with specific technical requirements. • The vendor will be responsible for providing lifecycle management services, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning of equipment. • The vendor will be required to ensure that all personnel used for end-point services are local to El Paso County or the near vicinity. • The vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all sub-vendors carry insurance with coverages and limits specified in the contract.
