Description
The Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) is seeking quotes for irrigation services, including inspection, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. The contractor will be responsible for providing qualified personnel, equipment, and materials to maintain AHEC's irrigation infrastructure in proper working condition. The scope of work includes system inspection services, preventive maintenance services, repair services, and documentation and reporting. The contractor must have experience performing irrigation services of similar size and scope to AHEC's within the last three years and must provide two references of similar size and scope.
• The contractor will be required to provide insurance information in accordance with Attachment A.
• The contractor will be required to submit a certificate of insurance sample with their quote response.
• The contractor will be required to indicate the number of personnel that can readily serve AHEC.
• The contractor will be required to provide hourly rates for all personnel who will be performing services.
• The contractor will be required to provide a standard markup for goods and materials, if any.
