6515--Intent to Sole Source - PEGBOARD AND CASE CARTS

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Health Care System, James J. Peters VA Medical Center, intends to award a sole source contract to Coulmed Products Group, LLC, for the provision of pegboard and case carts. The contract includes various products such as high cabinets, single peg board hooks, and sealed case carts. Interested parties may submit expressions of interest, including pricing and technical data, to determine if a comparable source is available. The government may consider all expressions of interest received before January 30, 2026. • The contract includes 2 high cabinets, 1 high cabinet with 3 drawers, 75 single peg board hooks, 2 short single door sealed case carts, 2 short double door sealed case carts, and 2 tall single door sealed case carts. • The VA has a preference for domestic content where available. • The government may consider all expressions of interest received before January 30, 2026. • Responses to this notice must be emailed to [email protected] and received by 2:00 PM EST on January 30, 2026.
