Tayco Cosmopolitan Cubicles

The Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities Agency (OOD) is seeking quotes for the procurement and installation of twenty-one (21) modular Tayco Brand office cubicles to support workspace expansion. The cubicles must meet ergonomic, functional, and aesthetic standards suitable for a professional office environment. The contractor shall provide twenty-one (21) modular office cubicles with specific specifications, including brand and style requirements, configuration, panel frames and fabric tiles, countertops, under-desk cabinets, electrical outlets, and power poles. The contractor shall also deliver and install all cubicle components, ensure the delivery trucks have a lift gate, and provide tracking information to the OOD Facilities representative. • The project requires the installation of twenty-one (21) Tayco Cosmopolitan brand cubicles at the OOD Dayton location. • The cubicles must be delivered and installed at 3401 Park Center Dr, Dayton, OH 45414. • The contractor must provide a one (1) year warranty for all parts and labor. • The project is funded in whole or in part with federal funds and is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) and Related Acts. • The contractor must comply with all federal and Ohio laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards.
