Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center is seeking a contractor to provide ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Enterprise Edition, a software renewal for the Government's current subscription that is set to expire on 18 April 2026. The contractor must provide a subscription model for 65 technicians and 4,000 nodes. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the Government intends to evaluate proposals and award the contract without discussions. The offeror must provide pricing for all contract line items, and the evaluated price will be based on the sum of all contract line items.
• The contractor must be an authorized distributor of the identified brand name manufacturer.
• The contractor must provide an exact match of the part numbers listed in Attachment 001 of the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items.
• The contractor must provide a subcontracting plan if the proposal exceeds $750,000 from a large business.
