Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office, intends to award a sole source procurement to PAR Excellence Systems, Inc. for the procurement of services to move the Weight-Based Inventory Management Systems. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.5. The notice of intent is not a request for quotes. The services are for the Poplar Bluff VAMC, located at 1500 N. Westwood Blvd., Poplar Bluff, MO 63901.
