Intent to Issue an In-License Supplemental Agreement

The U.S. Army intends to sign a Supplemental Agreement with Rest Easy LLC to extend the term of the In-License for providing on-post lodging to Active Duty students engaged in Institutional Training on various military installations. However, other responsible sources capable of providing on-post lodging on all the listed installations may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration by the Army. The installations include Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Rucker, Fort Sill, Fort Leavenworth, Fort Belvoir, Fort Bliss, Fort Gordon, Fort Huachuca, Fort Knox, Fort Leonard Wood, Fort Bragg, Carlisle Barracks, Fort Jackson, Fort Meade, Fort Benning, Fort Lee, and Fort Buchanan. • The Army is seeking sources that can provide on-post lodging on all the listed military installations. • The In-License Supplemental Agreement is intended to extend the term of the existing agreement with Rest Easy LLC. • Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for consideration. • The deadline for comments is March 2, 2026, 5:00 P.M.
