Aquatic/Fitness Facility - Project Manager Services

The Town of Vienna is seeking a project management firm to provide comprehensive project management services for the planning, design, and construction of a new Aquatic and Fitness Facility. The selected firm will serve as the Town's representative throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing the design firm and construction contractor to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and consistent with all program, operational, architectural, and quality requirements. The scope of work includes design-firm procurement, design oversight, construction procurement, and construction administration. The project is expected to last approximately 60 months. Key aspects of the project include: • Pre-design and design phases, including procurement of a design firm and oversight of the design team • Construction phase, including procurement of a construction contractor and administration of the construction process • Project management services, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management • Coordination with stakeholders, including Town staff, design firms, and construction contractors • Compliance with Town processes and regulations, as well as state and federal laws The Town is looking for a firm with experience in project management, particularly in the areas of aquatics, recreation, fitness, and civic buildings. The selected firm will be required to provide a detailed approach to the scope of work, including a project schedule, budget, and risk management plan.
