RFI: Commercial Kitchen / Dining Facility Equipment Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services for Delaware Army National Guard

The Delaware Army National Guard is conducting market research to shape a future contract for preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on commercial kitchen and dining‑facility equipment across eight guard sites in Delaware. The effort will establish pricing structures for scheduled preventive maintenance, as well as mechanisms for unscheduled repairs, under a hybrid firm‑fixed‑price with optional time‑and‑materials or not‑to‑exceed line items. The RFI seeks vendor input on cost‑per‑equipment, service‑level expectations, staffing credentials, and contract length options. • Scope covers Class C (personal‑property) kitchen appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, grills, steamers, and ice machines. • Scheduled PMCS frequencies: semi‑annual for refrigeration/ice equipment, annual for ovens/ranges/steamers. • Contract concept: 12‑month base year with two optional 12‑month extensions (up to 3 years), firm‑fixed‑price for scheduled work, optional T&M/NTE for corrective repairs.
