RE-BID Yakima Airport Terminal Work Package 02 (WP02) Terminal Core and Rental Car Modernization

The City of Yakima is seeking qualified contractors to execute a comprehensive modernization of the Yakima Air Terminal (WP02). The scope includes structural modifications, roofing, building envelope changes, new and upgraded HVAC units, sprinkler system updates, extensive electrical, data, security, and lighting replacements, plumbing and limited natural‑gas utility alterations, installation of new baggage handling and screening equipment, overhead coiling doors, millwork, cabinetry, and interior finishes for walls, ceilings, and floors.
