High Speed Scanners For Large Scale Archival Digitization

The Maryland State Archives is seeking a contractor to provide high-speed scanners for large-scale archival digitization. The contractor will be required to provide modern computing hardware and specialized peripherals to support high-volume document processing, data capture, and workflow automation. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for IBML and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. • The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. • The contractor must provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the set due date. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller for IBML. • The contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. • The contractor must provide a detailed description of required services and deliverables. • The contractor must provide a project management plan, status reports, risk log, and closeout report.
