Small Equipment Repair Services

The City of Phoenix is seeking a contractor to provide small equipment repair services and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for a five-year contract. The contractor will be required to perform repairs on a wide variety of equipment, including band saws, cordless small equipment, generators, and more. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, materials, and OEM replacement parts, as well as transportation and supervision. The contractor will be paid based on a hourly labor rate and a service call fee. The city will inspect and approve all work before accepting it. • The contractor must have been in operation for at least five years and have experience providing similar services. • The contractor must provide all necessary insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, safety, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a pricing proposal, including hourly labor rates and service call fees. • The contractor must provide references and certifications, including a certification regarding debarment, suspension, and other ineligibility.
