Description
The South Carolina Department of Public Health is seeking a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to support incident management, software hosting, disaster recovery, patient bed tracking data, emergency notification and alerting, training and exercises, and managing equipment maintenance. The contract will begin on May 18, 2026, and end on May 17, 2031. The offeror must provide a price proposal, including unit prices and extended prices for each year of the contract. The offeror must also demonstrate their system and provide a security assessment questionnaire.
• The system must support incident management and emergency notification and alerting.
• The system must provide document retention and forms features.
• The system must be compatible with Epic and Cerner patient-tracking and bed availability systems.
• The system must provide real-time information sharing and GIS mapping features.
• The system must provide inventory management and incident management/FEMA workflow compatibility.
