Description
The Jefferson County, Missouri is seeking HVAC contractors to perform various services, including troubleshooting, repair, installation, and replacement of HVAC systems. The contract work will be done in accordance with best trade practices and applicable state and local laws. The county requires companies to submit a letter of interest, which should include company experience, history, testimonials, and recent examples of work performed. The evaluation criteria include experience and competence, capacity and capability, and past record of performance.
• The contract limit is $100,000.00
• Service request hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday thru Friday
• Emergency and holiday request hours are as needed with a four-hour response time
• All work shall be done in accordance with best trade practices and applicable safety regulations
• The county will evaluate companies based on experience and competence, capacity and capability, and past record of performance
