NGA Common Operations Release Environment (CORE) Modernization RFI

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking information on technical solutions and industry practices to modernize its current DevSecOps environment, known as the NGA Common Operations Release Environment (NGA CORE). The agency is looking for solutions that can provide cost-effective modernization, software pipeline/platform engineering, and architecture expertise, as well as readily deployable capabilities to extend its world-class Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) environment. The RFI includes two main areas of focus: • RFI 1: Operations, sustainment, and concurrent modernization of the current DevSecOps environment • RFI 2: Direct engineering, architectural, coding, integration, on-boarding, and product management expertise in support of current and proposed future capabilities. Respondents are encouraged to provide responses that address the above requirements with an emphasis on lifecycle affordability, operational efficiency, security, scalability, and ease of integration with existing systems.
