COMBAT RESCUE HELICOPTER (CRH) SIMULATOR FACILITY, JBER, ALASKA (JBE089)

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a 100% Small Business Set‑Aside contractor to design and construct a 8,202‑sq‑ft Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) Operational Flight Trainer (OFT) simulator facility at Joint Base Elmendorf‑Richardson, Alaska. The scope includes site clearing, utility relocation, a slab‑on‑grade foundation with cold‑weather insulation, a masonry‑veneer simulator bay, administrative spaces, a large overhead door, and an interior crane, plus integration with existing base systems. The contract value is estimated between $17 million and $22 million with a performance period of roughly two years.
