The Nevada State Public Works Division is seeking a qualified contractor to replace HVAC air handling equipment, install a new reverse‑osmosis water filtration system, replace the humidifier unit, add temperature/humidity sensors, and execute a full roof replacement at the North Spruce Mountain (NSM) facility in Las Vegas. The scope includes removal of existing air handlers (units 1‑5), modification of units 6‑7, installation of new RO system, humidifier, sensor network, and a complete roofing system, all to be completed within a 130‑day contract period.
