Description
The Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors for janitorial services at the KDOT Horton area office and construction building. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option for renewal. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing janitorial services, including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the facilities. The vendor will be required to meet with the Office Supervisor or designee on a regular basis to evaluate performance and discuss concerns.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies to perform the services.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxation, and environmental protection.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance and bonding, as required by the State of Kansas.
• The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the termination clause.
