Albuquerque Public Schools is seeking to establish an indefinite‑quantity discount agreement for the purchase of books of all types (textbooks, classroom libraries, professional titles, library‑bound volumes, etc.) on an “as‑needed” basis. Bidders must submit percentage discounts off publisher list or vendor catalog prices, provide shipping policies, and agree to a four‑year “not‑to‑exceed” contract with no guaranteed minimum volume. The award may be split among multiple vendors, and all orders will be placed via the APS Purchasing Department using purchase orders referencing the awarded pricing agreement.
• Scope covers paperback, hardcover, textbook, library‑bound, and professional development books in English, Spanish, and other languages.
• Pricing must be expressed as a discount off the official list price; bidders must also indicate free‑shipping thresholds.
