Spokane Public Schools is issuing an Invitation to Bid (Bid No. 7‑2627) to establish a pricing agreement for a wide range of new music instruments to be delivered to the district’s central warehouse. The contract will cover purchases through August 31 2027, with quantities based on anticipated needs and the possibility of additional orders. Vendors must be authorized resellers, provide local on‑site warranty service, and submit firm prices (excluding tax) that include delivery to Spokane. Bids are due by 2 PM PDT on October 7 2026; awards are expected by October 28 2026. The district will pay invoices within 30 days of receipt, provided goods are received and the purchase order number is on the invoice.
