Heavy Equipment Rental 2

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide heavy equipment rental services. The contractor will be required to deliver the equipment, ready for use, by April 15, 2026, and make it available for rent from April 1, 2026, to August 30, 2026. The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for each item, and the equipment must meet the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract, and the payment terms will be net 30. The contractor must also comply with various clauses and provisions, including those related to taxation, subcontracting, and item unique identification. Some of the key equipment required includes: • Excavator – 20 Ton (2 CY Bucket IAW the SOW) • 2,000 gal Water Truck IAW the SOW • 10 Yard Dump Truck IAW the SOW • 4 CY Loader IAW the SOW • Backhoe IAW the SOW • Mini Excavator IAW the SOW • Tracked Skid steer IAW the SOW • Walk-Behind Roller IAW the SOW • Scissor Lift (19 ft reach) IAW the SOW • Off-Road Scissor Lift (26 ft reach) IAW the SOW • Telehandler (56 ft reach) IAW the SOW
