4540--Hines FY 26 Waste Management (VA-26-00029929)

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from companies capable of providing waste and recycling pick-up services at the Hines Information and Technology Center (HITC) in Illinois. The services include providing waste and recycling containers for pick-up and disposal, and the contractor shall be responsible for providing HITC with twenty 65-gallon recycling totes, four bales of cardboard, one tri-wall container for electrical waste, two 10-yard dumpsters, and one 30-yard roll-off dumpster. The period of performance is one year with four one-year option periods. • The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor shall provide a receipt for each pick-up. • The contractor shall not be allowed inside the facility. • The contractor shall monitor the pickup process with a warehouse staff member. • The services shall be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs, Hines Information and Technology Center (HITC), 5000 S. 5th Avenue, Building 215, Hines, IL 60141.
