Description
The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide commercial plumbing maintenance and repair services for the Paris District. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing these services as needed. The contract will be established through a competitive bidding process, and all information related to the solicitation will be posted on the TxDOT Procurement Portal. Respondents must monitor the website for any addendums, additional documents, questions, and answers, or changes.
• The contractor will be required to provide commercial plumbing maintenance and repair services, including pressure tapping services, pipe freezes, toilets, etc.
• The contract will be for an unspecified duration, with the exact term to be determined at a later date.
• The Texas Department of Transportation uses the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing code to standardize purchases.
• New suppliers and other vendors wishing to furnish materials, equipment, supplies, and services to TxDOT should apply to be on the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) to receive bidding opportunities.
