The City of Muskogee is seeking a vendor to provide fully‑burdened armed security guard services at Muskogee City Hall for fiscal year 2027. The contract will cover regular weekday coverage, after‑hours, weekends, holidays, overtime, additional officer support, and optional supervisory personnel. Vendors must submit hourly rates that include wages, benefits, equipment, insurance, training, and overhead. Multiple firms have already supplied cost proposals, but no award has been made yet.
