Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of one 11-ton HVAC unit at the Allred Unit in Iowa Park, Texas. The contract will include all equipment and materials for installation as related to the attached scope of work. Bidders must submit their bids by May 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
• The HVAC unit must be a Coleman Point Pro, model number KJ50S18G4BBRAD2El.
• The bid must include all expenses related to delivery and installation of the equipment.
• The bidder must provide a preliminary schedule of values with their bid document for progressive payments to be considered.
• The contract will require the vendor to provide an adequate plan of insurance to protect the Texas Department of Criminal Justice against all claims arising from service performed by the vendor.
• The vendor must comply with all Texas Department of Criminal Justice security procedures when making deliveries to correctional facilities.
• A non-mandatory site visit will be offered on May 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM.
