Description
The Ohio Attorney General’s Office (AGO) is seeking a supplier to provide UPS/CRAC unit PM services at AGO BCI locations. The AGO will evaluate bids based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Suppliers must follow the Quick Quote Standards and Instructions, and submissions that do not comply may be rejected. The AGO reserves the right to reject any submission not in its best interest. Key aspects of the job include:
• Compliance with Ohio laws and regulations
• Provision of UPS/CRAC unit PM services
• Adherence to the AGO’s Quick Quote Standards and Instructions
• Potential preference for suppliers on a State contract
• Requirement for certification of funds and compliance with ORC 126.07
