Description
The State of Illinois, Department of Human Services, is seeking bids for the installation of a dual mini-split HVAC system at the Chicago Read Mental Health Center pharmacy. The scope of work includes installing a 10kva transformer and a 30a breaker, as well as providing all necessary materials for completion of the work. The successful bidder will be required to provide a United States Department of Labor Letter and an Equal Opportunity Employer policy.
