Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to renovate Building 26 for Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, and Police Department. The project includes a pre-proposal conference, a site visit, and a bid submission. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining insurance coverage, providing a schedule of values and a construction schedule, and ensuring compliance with the Buy American Act and the Davis-Bacon Act. The project is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.
