Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Request for Information (RFI)

The County of Sacramento is seeking information on market-ready Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to modernize and streamline its business processes, standardize data collection and reporting, and support decision-making. The ERP system should include Human Capital Management, Finance, Procurement, Utility Billing, and Security. The County is looking for a comprehensive, fully integrated, public-sector ERP system and supporting services. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information to assist County leadership in understanding current options and approaches to meeting efficient and effective enterprise software needs. Key areas of interest include: • Human Capital Management (HCM) • Finance • Procurement • Utility Billing • Security • Integration Respondents are requested to provide responses in these areas, including planning estimates of appropriate County staffing recommended to prepare for, implement, manage, and maintain an ERP solution.
