Description
The City of Springfield is seeking a Food Service Management company to provide complete School Food Services to the City's School Department. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for up to four one-year renewals. The company will be required to submit a bid guarantee for 10% of the total budgeted costs. The City supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts.
• The contract will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027.
• The annual cost of the contract is estimated to be $30 million.
• A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on February 25, 2026.
• Vendors may submit written questions via email by February 27, 2026.
• The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
