Description
The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory is seeking to purchase water treatment purification maintenance services, including equipment and supplies. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with a firm fixed price of $38,988.00, divided equally over the 12 months and billed monthly at $3,249.00 per month. The services include preventive maintenance, replacement of consumables, and annual sanitization of the high purity central system reverse osmosis unit, storage tank, and loop. The contractor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), an OEM authorized dealer, an authorized distributor, or an authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and services to perform the required maintenance tasks.
• The contractor shall replace consumables, exchange DI tanks, rebed carbon tank and softener tank, and inspect and record operating conditions on the service report.
• The contractor shall perform annual sanitization of the high purity central system reverse osmosis unit, storage tank, and loop.
• The contractor shall provide a monthly service report with any adjustments and recommendations noted.
