Wichita State University – Campus of Applied Sciences & Technology (WSU Tech) is seeking an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized dealer to lease, install, service, and maintain a fleet of multifunction copier‑printers across multiple campus sites. The contract is a five‑year lease beginning July 1 2026, with two optional one‑year renewal periods, and includes a comprehensive print‑management software solution. Proposals must be a lump‑sum price for the full lease term, exclude Kansas sales tax, and remain valid for 180 days.
• Lease ≈ 29 multifunction devices (24 color, 5 B/W) serving ~101,000 pages/month.
