Interpretation and Translation Services RFP

The Clark County Department of Job & Family Services is seeking proposals for interpretation and translation services. The selected vendor will provide language interpretation and translation services for individuals and families seeking services from the department. The scope of work includes in-person and telephonic interpreting, American Sign Language interpreting, and written translation services. The vendor will also be required to provide pricing for all functions of the contract, demonstrate experience in delivering similar services, and meet the department's insurance requirements. • The contract term will be for two years, with the option for a one-year extension. • The vendor will be required to provide a sample contract and demonstrate experience in delivering similar services. • The vendor will be evaluated based on factors such as current/past performance, cost, completeness of all required information, and ability to meet county insurance requirements. • The department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate services and cost with proposers.
