The National Park Service intends to award a single-source justified cooperative agreement to provide outdoor recreation opportunities for veterans and Native American youth. The project involves habitat restoration, invasive non-native plant inventory, mapping, and management, and native plant restoration at Glen Canyon National Recreation Area and Rainbow Bridge National Monument.
