Description
The Agency of Human Services-Office of Healthcare Reform is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide analytic support for regional health care transformation planning. The selected vendor will be expected to provide modeling to assess the impacts of proposed reforms on cost, quality, access, and sustainability across Vermont’s hospitals and regions. The work will align with Vermont legislation and federal initiatives. Key areas of focus include data analysis, transformation planning, and reporting. The contract will be for a period of 1 year with an option to renew for up to an additional 4 years.
