Description
The State of Maryland's Department of General Services is seeking bids for the replacement of dietary HVAC equipment at the Holly Center. The project involves design-build replacement of HVAC equipment and has a small business reserve designation. The contract duration is 365 calendar days, and the primary place of performance is the Holly Center. The bid submission deadline is January 21, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time.
• The project has a minority business enterprise (MBE) subcontracting goal of 10% and a veteran-owned small business enterprise (VSBE) participation goal of 3%.
