Water Fixture Retrofit Program Services

Denver Water is seeking a contractor to manage two water fixture retrofit programs: the Water Conservation Audit and Retrofit/Repair Program for Low Income and Non-Profit Customers, and the Water Sense Challenge Program. The contractor will be responsible for participant outreach, procurement of retrofit materials, and installation of water-efficient fixtures. The programs aim to reduce water usage and promote water efficiency in low-income and multi-family residential properties. Key responsibilities include conducting water conservation audits, installing ultra-high efficiency toilets, and providing customer education on water conservation. • The contractor will work with Denver Water to develop a project plan and schedule. • The contractor will be responsible for ordering and stocking retrofit materials. • The contractor will provide monthly reports on program progress and outcomes. • The contractor will ensure that all work is completed in accordance with Denver Water's standards and specifications. • The contractor will provide customer service and support to program participants.
