Automotive Fleet Maintenance Services Contract

The Yonkers Parking Authority is seeking a contractor to provide automotive fleet maintenance services, including preventive maintenance, repair, and towing services, for a period of one year with the option to renew for up to three years. The contractor must be a NYS certified and experienced automotive care provider, located within the City of Yonkers, NY. The scope of work includes performing NYS vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and general and common repair services on vehicles and equipment. The contractor must also provide emergency roadside assistance and towing services. • The contractor must have the ability to perform all required services, including NYS vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair services. • The contractor must have a secured area for vehicle storage with restricted access from the public. • The contractor must provide courtesy transportation for YPA employees to YPA facilities and other locations within city limits as requested. • The contractor must have the ability to pick-up and deliver vehicles before and after any work done. • The contractor must provide a list of all observed holidays and the dates affected during the duration of the term of agreement.
