Propane Delivery Services

The United States Military Academy (USMA) is seeking a contractor to provide propane delivery services to various locations on the USMA reservation in West Point, NY. The contractor will be required to deliver propane on an automatic basis to maintain a minimum of 30% of tank capacity in all tanks. The contractor will also be responsible for installing and maintaining all contractor-owned tanks, as well as responding to emergency deliveries within two hours. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an option to extend for an additional year. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including OSHA and NFPA standards.
