Walmart and other Bus Stops

The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) is seeking bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction and installation of new bus stops with shelters in Holland, Ohio. The project includes the installation of bus stop infrastructure such as concrete pads, shelters, benches, signage, and ADA-compliant access paths. The contractor must comply with all applicable requirements, including ADA standards, local zoning and permitting requirements, and TARTA's design specifications. • The project is part of TARTA's broader initiative to enhance accessibility, safety, and rider experience across its service area. • The contractor must provide a performance bond and a payment bond, each equal to 100% of the contract price. • The contractor must comply with federal requirements, including the Buy America Act and the Cargo Preference Act. • The contractor must also comply with federal civil rights laws and regulations, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
